1. ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
MrChim Digital Solutions (มิสเตอร์ชิม ดิจิทัล โซลูชัน) (“เรา”) เป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามนโยบายนี้ นโยบายนี้ใช้กับเว็บไซต์ mrchimky.net และบริการออกแบบ พัฒนา และดูแลเว็บไซต์ของเรา ส่วนแพลตฟอร์มและแอปอื่นของเรา เช่น Honey Topup และ Marokub มีนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของตัวเองแยกต่างหาก

2.3 เมื่อคุณจ้างงาน
- ชื่อหรือชื่อบริษัท ที่อยู่ และเลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี สำหรับออกใบเสนอราคา ใบเสร็จ หรือใบกำกับภาษี
- หลักฐานการชำระเงิน เช่น สลิปโอนเงิน ซึ่งอาจมีชื่อบัญชี ชื่อธนาคาร และเลขบัญชีบางส่วน
- เนื้อหาที่ใช้ในงาน เช่น ข้อความ รูปภาพ และโลโก้
- สิทธิ์เข้าถึงระบบที่คุณให้เรา เช่น บัญชีโฮสติ้ง โดเมน หรือระบบหลังบ้าน
2.4 ข้อมูลของลูกค้าของคุณ

4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล
เราไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า และไม่แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลเฉพาะในกรณีต่อไปนี้

บริการบางรายการ เช่น LINE, Meta และ Google อาจเก็บข้อมูลไว้บนเซิร์ฟเวอร์นอกประเทศไทย โดยผู้ให้บริการเหล่านั้นมีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลตามนโยบายของตน
5. ระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล
- ข้อความสอบถามที่ไม่ได้นำไปสู่การจ้างงาน: เก็บไว้เท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการติดตามการสอบถามนั้น
- ข้อมูลโปรเจกต์: เก็บไว้ตลอดระยะเวลาที่เราให้บริการและดูแลงานนั้น
- เอกสารบัญชีและภาษี: เก็บไว้ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปีตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
- สิทธิ์เข้าถึงระบบที่คุณให้เรา: ใช้เฉพาะระหว่างทำงานหรือระหว่างดูแลระบบ เราแนะนำให้คุณเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านหลังส่งมอบงาน
6. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
เราจำกัดการเข้าถึงข้อมูลไว้เฉพาะผู้ที่ทำงานในโปรเจกต์ของคุณ และเก็บรหัสผ่านหรือสิทธิ์เข้าถึงระบบอย่างระมัดระวัง แม้ไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัยได้ 100% แต่หากเกิดเหตุละเมิดข้อมูลที่กระทบคุณ เราจะแจ้งให้คุณทราบโดยเร็ว
7. สิทธิของคุณ
ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) คุณมีสิทธิ
- ขอเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลของคุณ
- ขอให้แก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- ขอให้ลบ ทำลาย หรือระงับการใช้ข้อมูล
- คัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูล
- ขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูล
- ถอนความยินยอมที่เคยให้ไว้
- ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (pdpc.or.th)
ส่งคำขอได้ที่ info@mrchimky.net เราจะตอบกลับภายใน 30 วัน สิทธิบางข้ออาจมีข้อจำกัดตามกฎหมาย เช่น เอกสารบัญชีที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้ต้องเก็บไว้

- We only keep the information you choose to send us when you contact us or hire us.
- We use it only to answer you, quote, deliver your project and issue documents. We never sell data.

1. Data controller
MrChim Digital Solutions (“we”) is the data controller under this policy. It covers the mrchimky.net website and our web design, development and maintenance services. Our other platforms and apps, such as Honey Topup and Marokub, have their own separate privacy policies.
2. Information we collect
2.1 When you visit the website
This website has no forms and no visitor analytics, and it sets no cookies of its own. When a page loads, however, your browser connects to the following services, which receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of visit:
- our website hosting provider, which may record this data in server logs;
- Google Fonts, to load the typeface;
- Thailand’s Department of Business Development, to display the DBD Registered badge.
2.2 When you contact us
When you contact us through LINE, Facebook or email, we receive your name or display name, your contact details, the messages you send, and the project details you share.
2.3 When you hire us
- Your name or company name, address and tax ID, to issue quotes, receipts or tax invoices.
- Proof of payment, such as transfer slips, which may show an account name, bank name and partial account number.
- Content for your project, such as text, images and logos.
- Access you give us to your systems, such as hosting, domain or admin accounts.
2.4 Your customers’ data
While building or maintaining your system, we may access personal data of your system’s users. In that case you are the data controller and we process the data on your behalf. We use it only as far as your project requires and only on your instructions.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering questions and quoting: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Delivering and maintaining the work you hire us for: performance of a contract.
- Issuing receipts and tax invoices and keeping accounting records: compliance with legal obligations.
- Keeping the systems we look after secure and preventing fraud: legitimate interests.
We do not send you advertising or marketing messages unless you ask for them or give your consent.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only:
- with the platforms you use to contact us, such as LINE and Facebook (Meta), which handle data under their own policies;
- with providers your project needs, such as hosting, domain or payment providers, and only as much as that work requires;
- with government authorities when the law requires it, such as the Revenue Department.
Some services, such as LINE, Meta and Google, may store data on servers outside Thailand, protected under those providers’ own policies.
5. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project: only as long as needed to follow up on that enquiry.
- Project data: for as long as we provide and maintain that project.
- Accounting and tax records: at least 5 years, as required by law.
- System access you give us: used only while we work on or maintain your system. We recommend changing your passwords after handover.
6. Security
We limit access to your data to the people working on your project and handle passwords and system access with care. No system is 100% secure, but if a data breach affects you, we will tell you promptly.
7. Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), you have the right to:
- access and obtain a copy of your data;
- have your data corrected and kept up to date;
- have your data deleted, destroyed or its use restricted;
- object to the processing of your data;
- have your data transferred;
- withdraw any consent you have given;
- complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (pdpc.or.th).
Send requests to info@mrchimky.net. We will reply within 30 days. Some rights may be limited by law, for example accounting records we are required to keep.
8. Links to other websites
This website links to LINE, Facebook, Honey Topup and Marokub, which have their own privacy policies. Please read each site’s policy before sharing information there.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
