ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน

1. ขอบเขต

ข้อกำหนดนี้ใช้กับการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ mrchimky.net และเป็นเงื่อนไขทั่วไปของบริการจาก MrChim Digital Solutions (มิสเตอร์ชิม ดิจิทัล โซลูชัน) (“เรา”) รายละเอียดของแต่ละงาน เช่น ราคา ขอบเขตงาน ระยะเวลา และการชำระเงิน จะระบุไว้ในใบเสนอราคาหรือสัญญาของงานนั้น หากใบเสนอราคาหรือสัญญาขัดกับข้อกำหนดนี้ ให้ใช้ใบเสนอราคาหรือสัญญาเป็นหลัก

เราให้บริการออกแบบ UX/UI พัฒนาเว็บไซต์และเว็บแอป ระบบร้านค้าออนไลน์ ระบบเติมเงินและชำระเงิน ระบบเฉพาะทาง งาน SEO และการดูแลเว็บไซต์ ขอบเขตของแต่ละงานเป็นไปตามที่ตกลงกันในใบเสนอราคา

4. ใบเสนอราคาและการเริ่มงาน

งานจะเริ่มเมื่อคุณยืนยันใบเสนอราคา และดำเนินการตามเงื่อนไขที่ระบุไว้ในใบเสนอราคานั้น ใบเสนอราคามีผลภายในระยะเวลาที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสาร

5. การชำระเงิน การยกเลิก และการคืนเงิน

จำนวนเงิน งวดการชำระ เงินมัดจำ การยกเลิกงาน และการคืนเงิน เป็นไปตามที่ระบุไว้ในใบเสนอราคาหรือสัญญาของแต่ละงาน

6. ขอบเขตงานและการแก้ไข

งานที่เราทำและจำนวนครั้งที่แก้ไขได้เป็นไปตามใบเสนอราคา คำขอที่อยู่นอกขอบเขตเดิม เราจะแจ้งให้คุณทราบ และอาจเสนอราคาเพิ่มเติมก่อนเริ่มทำ

8. สิทธิในผลงานและการส่งมอบ

ความเป็นเจ้าของผลงาน ซอร์สโค้ด และสิ่งที่ส่งมอบ เป็นไปตามที่ระบุไว้ในใบเสนอราคาหรือสัญญาของแต่ละงาน

9. บริการของบุคคลที่สาม

งานบางส่วนอาจใช้บริการของผู้ให้บริการรายอื่น เช่น โฮสติ้ง โดเมน ระบบชำระเงิน หรือ API ภายนอก บริการเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและอัตราค่าบริการของผู้ให้บริการนั้น เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการหยุดให้บริการหรือการเปลี่ยนนโยบายของผู้ให้บริการภายนอก

10. การดูแลและการรับประกันงาน

ระยะเวลารับประกันงาน และขอบเขตของบริการดูแลเว็บไซต์ เป็นไปตามใบเสนอราคาหรือแพ็กเกจดูแลที่คุณเลือก งานแก้ไขหรือปรับปรุงที่อยู่นอกขอบเขตนั้นอาจมีค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม

11. การรักษาความลับ

เราเก็บข้อมูลธุรกิจของคุณ รวมถึงรหัสผ่านและสิทธิ์เข้าถึงระบบที่คุณให้เรา เป็นความลับ และใช้เฉพาะเพื่อทำงานของคุณ รายละเอียดเรื่องข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดูได้ที่นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

12. การไม่รับประกันและข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้และตีความตามกฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย

Terms of Service

Effective October 29, 2026

1. Scope

These terms apply to your use of the mrchimky.net website and are the general conditions of services provided by MrChim Digital Solutions (“we”). The details of each project, such as price, scope, timeline and payment, are set out in that project’s quotation or contract. If a quotation or contract conflicts with these terms, the quotation or contract prevails.

We provide UX/UI design, website and web app development, online stores, top-up and payment systems, custom systems, SEO and website maintenance. The scope of each project is as agreed in its quotation.

4. Quotations and starting work

Work starts once you confirm a quotation and proceeds under the conditions stated in it. A quotation is valid for the period stated on the document.

5. Payment, cancellation and refunds

Amounts, payment instalments, deposits, cancellation and refunds are as set out in each project’s quotation or contract.

6. Scope and revisions

The work we do and the number of revisions included are as stated in the quotation. For requests outside the original scope, we will let you know and may quote them separately before starting.

Ownership of the work, source code and deliverables is as set out in each project’s quotation or contract.

9. Third-party services

Some work may rely on other providers, such as hosting, domains, payment gateways or external APIs. These services are governed by their providers’ own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

10. Maintenance and warranty

The warranty period and the scope of maintenance are as set out in the quotation or the maintenance package you choose. Fixes or improvements outside that scope may be charged separately.

We keep your business information, including passwords and system access you give us, confidential and use it only to carry out your project. For personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Information on the website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of revenue or profit, or loss of data arising from use of the website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

If these terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above. Changes do not apply to projects whose quotation you have already confirmed.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
